Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

4.5 Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, Bright-X may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.
Customers are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive the parcel.
4.6 Bank Transfer
Customers selecting bank transfer must make payment using the bank details provided by Bright-X.
An order may not be dispatched until the payment has been successfully verified.
Important: Bright-X will never ask customers to share their banking password, PIN, OTP, or ATM/debit/credit-card PIN.
4.7 Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
4.8 Shipping
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
